HOW TO BUY?

  1. To find the product you want to buy, you can browse through the categories in our menu or use the search bar.
  2. Once you have chosen the product, choose the size, color, quantity and add them to the shopping cart.
  3. When you have added all the products you wish to buy, go to your shopping cart on the top right and verify that the products in the bag are the ones you wish to buy.
  4. Click on the "Go to checkout" button.
  5. Log in with your account or as a guest.
  6. Fill in your personal and delivery information.
  7. Choose the payment method you want (Payu Latam or Cash on Delivery).
  8. Click on buy
  9. Verify the confirmation message of your purchase in your email.
  10. Receive your order at the door of your home or office.
When I make an order can I pay for it when I receive it?
Yes, you can pay for your jeans once you receive them at the door of your home through Servientrega. You can also pay through Efecty, Via Baloto, PSE, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

Can I make an exchange?
You can request an exchange of your product according to the terms established in our exchange policy.

How much does shipping cost?

After making the purchase, how many days will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for domestic shipments is between 2 to 5 business days in major cities and for the rest of the country has a period of 4 to 7 business days. Delays may occur on some occasions due to external conditions.

In Colombia - Medellin we have a same day delivery service.

Do you ship abroad?

The page was blocked and I could not make the payment, what do I do?
You can contact us at our Whatsapp line +57 315 511 04 63 to provide advice on your purchase process or you can send us an email to info@jeansdemoda.com with all your details and order number requesting the cancellation of the purchase. We will cancel your order so you can place a new one.
